How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply add your desired item(s) to your cart and proceed to check out. You will be first required to create an account, or log in if you have already done so, before keying in your shipping address and selecting your preferred mode of payment. A friendly reminder to review your order before checking out!

Why do I have to create an account?

There are actually many perks of creating an account with us. By doing so, you will be able to checkout faster, be kept up-to-date on your order status, keep track of all your previous orders and your Store Credit balance if you have any.

Creating an account will take no more than a few minutes so you have nothing to lose!

What’s more, should you wish to make another purchase, your details would have been stored in your account and you wouldn’t have to go through the hassle of keying in important information again!

What payment modes do you accept?

We accept payments through Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe.

All payment methods accept major debit/credit cards including VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.

“Payment pending" for my order?

Don’t worry, that just means that your payment is still being processed. There is no need to make another order.

Once your order has been confirmed, a confirmation email, along with delivery details will be sent immediately to you. However, if you still have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please drop us an email at cs@collectivespace.com.sg.

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend any orders that have been confirmed and paid for since it may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.

If you wish to add more items to your order, a separate order will have to be made.

Can I cancel my order?

We are happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed. Please email us at cs@collectivespace.com.sg. It will take up to 3 working days to process the refund via Store Credits. Please refer to our Return Policy.

Please note that once the order has been processed, we will not be able to proceed with the cancellation request as the order may be in transit on its way to you!

However, you have the option to return the order when you receive it. Please refer to our Return Policy for information on the return procedure.

I made a mistake in my delivery address! What do I do?

If you realised you have made a mistake with your address, contact details or recipient name, please drop us an email at cs@collectivespace.com.sg immediately. We will do our best to help you!
